Meet the Team
Tim Evans
After graduating, in 1996 Tim secured a Chartered Accountancy (ACA) training contract with a top 10 practice in Jersey, where he was engaged for 2 years, auditing Financial Institutions. In order to specialise in UK tax, he returned home to complete his ACA and commence Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA) studies.
He subsequently accepted the offer to specialise in tax with Ernst & Young in London. Whilst with EY he qualified as a Chartered Tax Adviser. His next challenge was to establish the worldwide brand and distribution network of Floodgate, a flood protection business. Over a 2 year period he travelled extensively in Europe, Australia, New Zealand & the USA. The business continues to thrive under the family's stewardship.
Tim is also Finance Director of Old Oak Insurance Brokers another family business. In 2007 he had the opportunity to acquire a share in H.D. Pritchard & Co (HDP), when Mr Rowley retired. In 2016 Tim qualified as a Probate specialist. Once authorised HDP will be able to extract the oath of probate, further enhancing the services we are able to offer our clients.
In his spare time Tim is a keen table tennis player and can often be found skiing on the slopes in France in winter.
Rhys Culley
Rhys has been working at H D Pritchard & Co since graduating from Aberystwyth University in 2009. In that time he has achieved both the Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax qualifications and the knowledge gained from these is utilised on a daily basis. In 2017 Rhys became a partner of H D Pritchard & Co on the semi-retirement of Mr Brian Carroll. In his spare time Rhys is a keen footballer and cricketer while also being a fluent Welsh speaker.
Sian Jones
Sian joined H D Pritchard & Co as a trainee accountant in 2007 after graduating from Cardiff University with a degree in Accounting & Finance. She qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2013. When not helping on the family farm or running around after her son and daughter, Sian enjoys gardening and baking. She is also a fluent Welsh speaker.
Dorothy Greves
Dorothy grew up on a farm in Carmarthenshire and was a member of the Young Farmers until the age of 19. After completing her O Levels and a secretarial course at Pibwrlwyd College, she started work with H D Pritchard & Co in 1984 aged 17. Since then she has worked in every department of the office and has now progressed to assistant accountant/office manager.
Ffion Evans
Ffion studied her A levels at Bro Myrddin Welsh Comprehensive School and shortly after attaining her results started work here at H D Pritchard & Co. While working at H D Pritchard & Co, Ffion studied towards her ACA with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and duly qualified in February 2022. For many years she has been a member of the local Carmarthen hockey team and enjoys playing the game and socialising with her teammates.
Anna Somerfield
Anna was raised on a farm just outside Bethlehem. She joined HD Pritchard in 2016 shortly after completing her A Levels at Ysgol Tregib. Anna enjoys going home to help on the farm in her spare time.
Morgan Llewelyn
Morgan graduated from Cardiff Metropolitan University with a degree in Accounting in 2019. After graduating he decided to travel South East Asia, starting in the Rugby World Cup in Japan. Morgan joined H D Pritchard as a trainee accountant in August 2020, and is currently studying towards his Chartered Accountant qualification. Morgan enjoys playing rugby for his local club Aberaeron and is also a keen skier.
Aled Thomas
Aled graduated from Aberystwyth University with a degree in Accounting & Finance in 2020. After graduating he moved to Birmingham for a year, before deciding to move back home and joined H D Pritchard as a trainee accountant in January 2022, and is currently studying towards his Chartered Accountant qualification. Aled in his spare time plays football for his local club.
Anne Brown
Before joining H D Pritchard & Co, Anne worked for 26 years with Pritchard & Co., initially as a secretary. After completing an AAT course at Cardigan College she then took on all payroll and VAT within the practice. In her spare time she enjoys gardening and walking while also being an active member of the local bowls team.
Susan Kallenberg
Susan studied at Agricultural College before working in the equine industry for 20 years, including 8 years in purchasing and imports for an equestrian wholesaler. She attended Hereford College completing her AAT in 2005. Susan moved to Wales in 2010 and joined Pritchard and Co Accountants where she worked until recently joining HD Pritchard and Co. In her spare time Susan enjoys horse riding, running and competing in dog agility, gaining Welsh team selection in 2020 and 2021.
Ceinwen Sisto-Jones
Ceinwen grew up on a farm in Ceredigion. After completing her A-levels in Lampeter Comprehensive school she joined Pritchard & Co Accountants in 2000. She completed her AAT course , and has recently joined HD Pritchard & Co. In her spare time, she enjoys helping on the family farm and spending time with her children.
Kelly Thomas
Kelly attended Ysgol Uwchradd Aberteifi where she completed her AS levels. Shortly after in 2022 she joined Pritchard & Co accountants and is currently studying towards an AAT qualification in Pibwrlwyd College. Kelly joined H D Pritchard & Co in 2023. Kelly enjoys socialising and spending time with friends and family at the weekend.
Marrie Davies
Marrie has just recently joined H D Pritchard after working at Pritchard & Co Accountants for the past 15 years as a receptionist and office manager. She takes pride in getting things done quickly in an organised and tidy manner. A people person, she gets on with anyone. Originally from Pontgarreg, Llangrannog, she went to the local Primary school then onto Ysgol Dyffryn Teifi. Upon leaving school, she went on to study Business & Finance in Cardigan College. In her twenties, she went back to college when her daughter started school, where she did a course on Childhood Studies for 2 years followed by work at Penparc Primary School for 7 years, specialising in providing education on a one to one basis. In her spare time Marrie is known to dabble in cake making/decorating, crocheting/knitting, and acrylic painting (landscapes mainly).
