Since a change in law in 2014, Accountants have been able to carry out work in the probate sector which was previously reserved for legal practitioners.

We at H D Pritchard & Co can now carry out this work for clients through our sister company H D Pritchard Probate Ltd.

Our background knowledge of client assets and associated tax considerations gives us an advantage over a solicitor who would traditionally carry out this type of work. This allows us to give a more personal service.
